ROVN Inc. operates rovninc.com, ROVN grooming services and the ROVN Boutique. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use the site, join, book an appointment, contact us or buy a product.
Information we collect
When you join, we collect your name, email address and postal code, plus your choice about marketing email. For appointments, we may receive your contact and booking details through Square Appointments. For Boutique orders, we collect contact details, products ordered, billing and shipping or pickup information, and transaction and receipt details. Our payment providers handle card payments; we do not need your full card number to fulfill an order. We also receive information you send us in messages and technical information generated when you use the site, such as browser, device and usage information processed by our website platform.
How we use it
We use this information to create your profile, send booking access, manage appointments, process orders and payments, ship products or arrange pickup, send receipts, answer questions, prevent misuse, maintain inventory and meet recordkeeping obligations. We may use information from Square Appointments to communicate about ROVN services and offers only where we have the required consent or another lawful basis. Promotional messages include a way to unsubscribe. Booking, order and service messages may still be sent when needed to complete your request.
Who processes it
Torify and its HighLevel platform support our website, forms, customer records, checkout and email. Square supports appointments, payments and inventory. Cloudflare hosts a service that synchronizes Boutique order and stock information with Square. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed to ship orders. These providers may process information outside Canada, where different laws may apply. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not publish customer information.
Cookies and site data
The website and its providers may use cookies or similar browser storage to operate forms, checkout, security and site features, and to understand site use. You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect checkout or forms. We will update this policy if we add separate advertising tracking tools.
Your choices and requests
You can ask to access or correct information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by emailing info@rovninc.com. You can also unsubscribe from promotional email through the link in a message. Some information must be kept to complete orders or meet legal obligations.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to those who need the information for their work. No online system is completely secure.
