ROVN Inc. Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of rovninc.com and purchases from the ROVN Boutique. ROVN Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If a separate booking or membership offer states additional terms, those terms apply to that service.
Website use and content
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. Site text, images, video, logos and design belong to ROVN Inc. or their respective owners. Please do not copy, resell, interfere with or misuse the site or its content without permission. We may correct errors or update the site. Links to third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Boutique orders and payment
Product descriptions, prices, taxes, shipping charges and available delivery or pickup options are shown during checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. An order confirmation acknowledges your order; we may contact you if an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled. Payments are processed by our checkout provider. Your receipt will show the final amount paid.
Shipping, pickup and pre-orders
We offer the shipping and pickup options shown at checkout. Delivery and pickup estimates are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If a product is clearly marked “Pre-order,” payment is taken at checkout and we aim to make it available for delivery or pickup within 10 days after purchase. We will contact you if that estimate changes and address cancellation or refund requests in accordance with applicable law. Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. Returns and refunds for Boutique products
ROVN Boutique accepts change-of-mind returns requested within 30 days of delivery or pickup only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened, used, worn, or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, including when a product does not suit your preferences. Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase are excluded.
To start a return, email info@rovninc.com with your order number before sending anything back. For approved change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping; original shipping charges are not refunded. After receiving and inspecting the item, we refund the eligible product price and applicable taxes to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If an order arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and details. We will review the issue and cover reasonable return shipping when the error is ours. Opening a package to discover a problem does not remove your rights under applicable law. This policy covers Boutique products; grooming services and memberships have separate terms.
Appointments and memberships
Grooming appointments are booked through Square Appointments. The service, time, price and any cancellation or rescheduling conditions shown during booking or in your confirmation apply to that appointment. Membership benefits, billing and cancellation conditions are described in the specific membership offer and checkout before you join. Please review those details before booking or subscribing.
Liability and consumer rights
We work to keep site information accurate and the website available, but temporary errors or interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, ROVN Inc. is not responsible for losses caused solely by site interruptions or third-party sites. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer protection law or limits liability where the law does not allow it.
Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these terms, with the effective date above showing the current version. Changes do not alter a completed purchase retroactively. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.
